This unique Factory is the only one in Spain that works with the traditional handcrafted weaving looms, using the same traditional techniques as they were imported in Spain by the Moors in the 10th Century and became world famous in the 18e Century.
Many coloured yarns are used and this process and combined with various types of “knots” it is capable of producing the many antique intricate patterns from pre-determined designs.

This factory has a family tradition of more than 80 years, and is capable to produce any type of carpet on special orders from its very prestigious clientele.
All the produced Carpets and rugs are made from 100 % wool, using both “SPANISH KNOTTING” AS well as “TURKISH KNOTTING”, following the very traditional techniques.

Using only the best “Spanish” wool, and its artistic dyeing, there are over 15 handcrafted processes needed in order to create each exclusive hand-woven carpet, using symbols, images, texts, heraldry emblems, and a variety of graphic elements from different origins, a true masterpiece for the designers and weavers of this factory.

They are capable to reproduce exclusive “Spanish Knotted designs” such as Cuenca, and Alcarez as well as “Turkish Knotted designs” such as Carlos IV, Savonnerie, Imperio, Aubusson, Isabelino etc.
It is also very famous for its CUSTOM-MADE designs, therefore the factory elaborates various rugs and carpets with personal heraldry emblems or unique family designs.

Its reputation is a symbol in Spain High Society and we will find custom-made carpets and rugs in MADRID’S TOWN HALL, MADRID’S ROYAL THEATRE, MADRID’S ROYAL PALACE, and TOWN HALLS OF SANTANDER AND OTHER SPANISH CITIES.
