On its 10.000 m2 fenced grounds, The Centre features various amenities and entertainment areas such as :

MAIN BUILDING

*The fully industrial kitchen with a 25 m2 surface, has two exits, one towards the Restaurant and another towards the terrace. It also features industrial cookers, oven, dishwasher, industrial freezer and fridge and a professional coffee machine.

-One machine room contains a gas-oil boiler, which is only used during emergency cases in order to supply hot water and heating in the full complex.
-The other machine room contains an “ECOBOILER”, which is always functioning.. This ECO BOILER is running with OLIVE PITS , which saves a 50 % on the total heating costs and water heating costs of the whole complex ¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Adjacent to this room we find a large storage room to stock both olive pits and burn wood for the chimneys, as well as a fully equipped maintenance work shop.

* The second floor features a large owner’s apartment, with a total surface of 200 m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and dining room with chimney, two terraces and an office room.

There is a total of 4 individual Lodges, all of them on the ground floor level and separate to the Main Building.
-CASA PINEA : Containing 4 bedrooms, all with private bathroom, central heating, living room and dining area with chimney, 2 sofas, a coffee table, a television set, and a DVD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, micro wave, and cooker. There also is a large terrace ideal for “al fresco dining” and a roof terrace for total relaxing sun bathing.
CASA PEGOTA-Containing 3 bedrooms, all with private bathroom, central heating, living room and dining area with chimney, 2 sofas, a coffee table, a television set and a DVD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, micro wave, and cooker. There also is a large terrace ideal for “al fresco dining” and a roof terrace for total relaxing sun bathing.
-CASA FILIGRANA- Containing 3 bedrooms, all with private bathroom, central heating, living room and dining area with chimney, 2 sofas, a coffee table, a television set and a DVD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, micro wave, and cooker. There also is a large terrace ideal for “al fresco dining” and a roof terrace for total relaxing sun bathing.
-CASA PICACHO- Containing 3 bedrooms, all with private bathroom, central heating, living room and dining area with chimney, 2 sofas, a coffee table, a television set and a DVD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, micro wave, and cooker. There also is a large terrace ideal for “al fresco dining” and a roof terrace for total relaxing sun bathing.
During their stay or get-away, the delighted guests can enjoy a peaceful stroll trough the 8.000 m2 fenced and beautifully maintained gardens and fruit tree orchard, or undertake a relaxing walk amidst the natural pine and olive woods.
A private parking plot of 2.025 m2 with two entrances is also available.
